Founder Story

Carmi Medoff

Founder & CEO, OnsiteKids

OnsiteKids began after founder and CEO, Carmi Medoff, spent years building employee benefits for hourly earners and studying innovation in parenting and education. She realized that outside of city centers and corporate HQs, the child care crisis needed immediate attention and that parents and employers alike were looking for answers.
